Felix is a final year medical student at the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg. He is a passionate researcher, clinician, and the co-founder and co-owner of Rare Diagnostics. Furthermore, he works as an editor for Amboss. During his studies he gathered various and extensive experiences in the medical sector from his projects which took place at the Harvard Medical School, the Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris, and the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen.
Healthcare and Strategy Consultant EY Innovation
Konrad Fenderich is working as a consultant in the EY Healthcare practice. Here, Konrad’s focus lies on process optimization and digitization in hospitals and health insurers. Furthermore, Konrad is an active member of the EY Start-Up Initiative. Accordingly, he is the main EY contact for Start-Ups from the health space.
Ms Aleksandra Kuzmanovic serves as a Consultant for the Department of Public Health, Environmental and Social Determinants of Health at the World Health Organization (WHO) Headquarters since March 2015. She is responsible for coordinating Action:SDG e-platform project, manages Health in All Policies trainers platform and provides support in web and digital communications of the department.
Before joining WHO, she has been active in and led various non-governmental organizations and international associations: European Students of Industrial Engineering and Management (HQ Financial Controller 2012, Local Group Belgrade President 2012/13), Youth Umbrella Serbia (President 2011/12), and Serbia – Japan Friendship Club of twin cities (Board Member since 2011).
Ms Kuzmanovic was born in Sabac, Serbia and holds a Bachelor Engineer Degree in Management and Organization, University of Belgrade (2013) and a Master of Arts in Standardization, Social Regulation and Sustainable Development, University of Geneva (2016). She attended a number of executive and summer courses on different Global Health issues with WHO, Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies Geneva and University of Geneva.

Kristina Tintrup is working in EY’s Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services. Thereby, Kristina is a specialist in transaction analysis, finance and process optimisation. Her work is focused around the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector which is where she came to work with various start-ups and young enterprises. Kristina has been actively supporting the EY Start-up Initiative since her start at EY.
